I was a little fluffy when I was younger, which led to me wanting to make changes. Aside from being fluffy, other lifestyle factors affected me when I was growing up, causing me to feel unhappy. I wasn't in the body that I wanted to be in which contributed to a lack of confidence that manifested in other destructive habits.
I ended up with substance abuse problems during my early adulthood. It really wasn't until I hit rock bottom, with my health in jeopardy that I started making changes. That was the pivotal point where I started learning everything I could about how to improve myself.
I found that just getting some exercise made me feel better and that feeling alone was enough. I needed more direction where I could focus my attention. I learned about how the body could heal, how your mind could influence other factors, both negative and positive. It actually not only started to transform me physically, but mentally. I was able to become more resilient. I also found that I was able to help other people, which ultimately is what Movement Mastery Training has turned into, bettering myself so I can serve others.
